Here’s where you will find out more about us, our vacancies, and what it’s like working at DevOpsGroup. You’ll also get first-hand experience from our team on what a career here feels like.
If that’s not enough to persuade you, feel free to get in touch with our people team, or any of our team for that matter. We’re a fully transparent company and what you hear is what you’ll get!
The places we call home, our Cardiff and London offices, are pretty incredible spaces. From humble beginnings in 2014 at a Cardiff co-working space, we’ve now taken one of the top floors in Cardiff’s tallest office building, Capital Tower, and set up camp in one of London’s most contemporary tech hubs, Rise London, located in happening Shoreditch.
We’ve worked hard to create relaxed, creative and enjoyable work spaces (and covered in post-it notes and marker scribbles!!!), conveniently based in central locations in both Capital cities. We’re close to restaurants, bars, theatres, museums, parks, and more, making them the perfect locations for plenty of afterwork socialising.
Strong teams are built on strong bonds which is why we take our socialising seriously here.
At the same time, we appreciate that everyone’s idea of socialising is different. Our regular gatherings are an opportunity for anyone to take the lead and decide what they would like to do.
Variety is also the key to ensuring everyone wants to get involved. From book clubs, movie nights, summer festivals, team building, themed events, tech sessions, the list goes on and is always growing.

The most important aspect of our business will always be our people.
As a growing and evolving business living on the edge of change, to continue excelling our team needs room to grow and evolve too. While we embrace this exciting journey together we will all have the same common purpose and shared goals to empower you along the way. To aid this, we have regular catch ups to make sure you have everything you need to meet your individual goals. Working in a transparent way also helps with ensuring your career aspirations are on track.
We take your learning and development very seriously. You’ll be given the autonomy to choose your own personal learning and development career plan and there’s always someone on hand to mentor you through this process.
Our need to adapt fast has never been greater which is why learning and growing as an individual is such an important part of our culture. We love to learn and will always share our experiences with the rest of the team during our quarterly DOG Conference, and smaller monthly Puppy Conf. A happy, fulfilled and knowledgeable team is a winning team.
We fully embrace celebrating you as an individual and everyone at DevOpsGroup has their own unique career journey. Whether it’s a graduate vacancy, apprenticeship, work experience, or an internship you are interested in we would love to hear from you.
Our DevOpsGroup Academy was officially launched in September 2017 but has been providing internships for undergraduates and apprenticeship opportunities since 2015. The academy is on a mission to reduce the chronic shortage of tech skills and is currently forging strong links with local schools, colleges and universities.
