  • You’ve learnt about a new technology!
  • You’ll understand how your learning pathway and personal development plan looks, with full support from your line manager and technical mentor.
  • Any queries or concerns? These have been addressed and you’re more than ready for your DevOpsGroup future.

  • Maybe you’ve joined a couple of customer calls.
  • As you’ll have full access to our DevOpsGroup Academy, you’ve probably completed a training course or two, and managed to get a new certification under your belt, such as the Agile or DevOps Foundation, or even an AWS or Azure certification.
  • You’ve attended your first DevOpsGroup internal conference (DOGconf).
  • You’ve continued working with our internal automation team to deliver some awesome stuff, to support the work of your co-workers across the business.
  • You are now familiar with every member of the DevOpsGroup family and have passed probation!

A full year with DevOpsGroup…

  • You know what is required of you to achieve the next grade in your career here.
  • You’re likely to be working on a live client project, maybe you’re helping a customer with a cloud migration or supporting their platform, either way, you’re loving what you do and continue working towards a shared goal.
  • You’ve learnt A LOT, from Agile & DevOps methodologies to a bunch of different automation tools, and feel comfortable using these to build out scalable solutions.
