Lauren works within the People team, she joined DevOpsGroup in 2016 helping to form the recruitment department.

Since returning from maternity leave at the end of 2018, Lauren has taken a different path from recruitment and is now our in house Onboarding Specialist. Lauren believes in providing a world-class onboarding experience for all of the new starters, ensuring they are fully equipped to hit the ground running in their new positions.
Lauren loves meeting new people, her onboarding role means that she is able to form a particularly special relationship with new starters; being the stepping stone between recruitment and them starting in their new position.
When Lauren isn’t onboarding new members of staff you will find her working on various projects within the People department. Lauren takes a particular interest in Learning and Development and the development of its programme at DOG.
Outside of work, Lauren is a big family person and loves nothing better than spending her weekends relaxing with her family and two dogs – Jenson and Llewelyn.
In December of 2018 I had reached my 12th month of maternity leave. It had been the most amazing year off with my son and it was nearing the time to return to work.
Having the flexibility to offer remote working means that we are not limited to a specific geographic area.
