About Helen

Helen studied Business Studies with HR at University and has worked in a variety of organisations. Helen has predominantly worked in professional services businesses as well as manufacturing and the charity sector.

Prior to DOG Helen worked for Eversheds Sutherland for 10 years as a HR Business Partner and then moved to MotoNovo Finance, where she sat on the leadership team as a Head of HR.

Helen is passionate about People, and enhancing the employee experience of colleagues at DOG.  She has a wealth of HR experience and is always looking for new ways to support the culture within the business.

Helen is responsible for driving the internal culture, attracting the best talent and retaining them. Whilst ensuring that our people can do their best work and love what they do.
